Ciocca made it easy to buy the car of my dreams during a difficult time for car buying. The staff was courteous and respectful to both me and my two children. Corey, my salesperson, was efficient and knowledgeable so we were out of the dealership in no time. J.P., the finance manager, was professional and friendly and made us feel at home. 10/10 for Ciocca!
Was a bit surprised that some of the issues with my 2018 Certified Used Equinox were not covered by the Certified Used car warranty. That isn't the dealer's fault. It is an issue with the program itself.
Quick visit for oil change. Didn't push to do more with the car. Only recommendations. Appreciate the courtesy of staff to ask if we need water or coffee or anything while waiting in the room. I do think many staff could use a smile on their faces A smile will change everything!
It was a terrible experience. I arrived on time for my 930 appointment. My car sat where I parked it for at least 45 minutes. Finally around noon the guy tells me what issues my vehicle had and how much it will cost to fix. At that point I had to leave within an hour to pick up my son from school by 2pm (l live an hour away) so they could only do the oil change and fix the check engine light (emissions issue). They missed out on at least $400 in repairs because things took so long. I'm going to have the additional repairs done at a Chevy dealership near my home. Very disappointed. Also the "Ciocca Promise" is a joke. Apparently the ceiling console is considered "trim" and any issue with it isn't covered by the bumper to bumper coverage I paid thousands for when I bought the Tahoe from you guys. Also extremely disappointing. It's hilarious that the guy blamed the lack of coverage for the ceiling console on some third party warranty company. Probably GM. It's called "THE CIOCCA PROMISE". Pretty much a lie
Dave and Chip treated me in a courteous and professional manner and they kept me informed of what was being done which was especially important since my vehicle required major work done to it. So thanks for a great job.
Denise from the service dept called to tell me the high wing spoiler had arrived for my new corvette. I set up an appointment and dropped the car of the next day for the installation. Denise called me to tell me the car was done, I told her that I would like to pick it up later that night after I finished the job I was working on. She said the car would be inside so I could inspect the installation and to see the people in the sales department to get the keys. I arrived at the sales department to get the keys, got to speak with my salesman and we went out and looked at the car, the installation looked great. I was able to get on my way home. It worked out nice being able to pick the car up after work. That was nice to be able to do that.
